Herman Melville's Arrowhead is owned and
operated by the Berkshire Historical Society,
whose offices, headquarters and collections
are located on site. The Berkshire Historical
Society presents a series of public programming
and exhibitions relating to Melville in
the context of his life in Berkshire County,
Massachusetts. Ranging from lectures, socials,
exhibits, re-enactments and other special
events, the Berkshire Historical Society
is committed to its mission of promoting
its educational goals to intergenerational
audiences.
